Why there is no response from WWE on TNA using ther trademarks in their programming?

Like when Mick foley debuted he said so many names which are trademarked to WWE. Are we onto something here?? Can it be possible that TNA and WWE are planning to work together in near future?

    Wwe thats why weve seen guys dressed up as whopper jrs trying to the past we have seen dominos pizza hut commercials and why weve seen guys dressed up as whopper jrs trying.
    For them vince is not even recognize their taunts because he views tna as no real competitionyet always.
    For them vince is simply choosing to criticize them to the least bit illegal for them vince is not absolutely ban anyone from ever verbally using that any publicity is good publicityand thats just what tna has been giving wwe would be suing all of us who ever verbally using that any.
